I've been using the dermaroller once a week for a few weeks. Probably too early for results. But the roller itself is excellent quality, easy to use and I haven't had any problems.
It's definitely an interesting sensation - it makes my eyes tear up & my nose run, lol. But hoping it's worth it to stimulate new hair growth!

The Dermaroller comes nicely packaged and instructions are clear. Unfortunately, I found the roller grabs my hairs and pulls them out. This is what I am trying to avoid so no longer use this tool.

We're so sorry to hear that the dermaroller has been grabbing and pulling your hair - that's definitely not the experience we want for our customers! We completely understand your frustration with this, especially since you're trying to avoid hair loss, and it's totally understandable that you would stop using the tool when it's causing the opposite of what you're hoping to achieve.
Sometimes technique and hair type can affect how the dermaroller works, but we absolutely understand that if it's pulling your hair, it's just not the right fit for your needs. Everyone's hair and scalp are different, and what works well for some people may not work for others.
A few tips that may help reduce tugging during use:
Part the hair before rolling so the device is making contact with the scalp rather than running through strands of hair.
Work in small sections and roll along the parted areas instead of over thicker patches of hair.
Use very light pressure — pressing too firmly can increase the chance of hair getting caught.
Roll slowly and in one direction rather than moving quickly back and forth.
Some customers find it easiest to use on slightly damp hair or after brushing thoroughly to minimize tangles.

The housing is tidy and economical, but I find that the tool no longer fits snugly into the cap after a few weeks. Hair tends to get caught at the sides of the roller.

We completely understand your concerns about the cap fit becoming loose after a few weeks and the hair getting caught at the sides of the roller, and we really appreciate you sharing this honest feedback.
For the cap fit, we recommend gently pressing the roller fully into the cap and rotating it slightly to help reseat it securely. If hair is catching at the sides, using the dermaroller on clean, dry hair and parting the hair into small sections before rolling can help reduce pulling and improve glide!
