Zinc oxide forms a physical barrier on skin, therefore peptide penetration is naturally impacted. For maximum results from the OS-01 peptide, apply OS-01 BODY to clean skin 1-2 times per day. If applying OS-01 BODY at night, be sure to wash away the physical barrier that’s formed from the zinc oxide in our body sunscreen beforehand.
HOW TO INTEGRATE A BODY MINERAL SUNSCREEN INTO YOUR SKIN CARE ROUTINE
PM ROUTINE:If reapplying OS-01 BODY at night, shower beforehand to get the most benefit from OS-01 as zinc oxide forms a physical barrier on skin, impacting penetration of the peptide.
Pro tip: For deeper skin tones, apply the body sunscreen gradually in small amounts, blending in between layers until the full amount is applied.
- Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure
- Reapply:
- after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating
- immediately after towel drying
- at least every 2 hours
- Children under 6 months of age: Ask a doctor
- Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including:
