The Clinical Studies

OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM: 12-Week Efficacy Study1

A 12-week, third-party, double-blind clinical study evaluated the effects of OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM in 29 female participants ages 43-65 with mild to moderate facial skin sagging, firming, contouring, nasolabial folds, and expression lines. Participants applied OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM 2x daily to their face and neck. Barrier function and hydration were measured with instrumental devices (Corneometer, TEWL measurement), while radiance, texture,and hydration were evaluated visually and tactilely by expert clinical graders. Participants also provided subjective assessments via a self-reported questionnaire.

The results after 6 weeks:

OS-01 BODY MOISTURIZER: 3-Month Efficacy Study2

A 12-week, double-blind, third-party clinical study evaluated the effects of OS-01 BODY MOISTURIZER on body skin hydration, barrier function, texture, and appearance. 60 participants were divided into two groups: one applied OS-01 BODY twice daily, while the other applied a placebo moisturizer twice daily. Hydration and trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL) were measured with instrumental devices (Corneometer and Tewameter). Participants also reported subjective improvements. Published in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, Zonari et al., 2025.

The results after 12 weeks:
