We want you to know that your experience is concerning to us because OS-01 LIP MASK was specifically formulated to provide deep overnight hydration and repair for lips. The fact that it had the opposite effect suggests something may not have been right with your specific experience, whether it's an individual sensitivity, application method, or potentially even a product quality issue.
A couple of things that might be helpful to consider: some customers find that if they apply too thick of a layer initially, it can sometimes cause an adjustment period where lips feel different for the first few uses. Also, because OS-01 LIP MASK is designed as an intensive overnight treatment rather than a daily lip balm, the formulation is quite different from typical drugstore lip products — and sometimes that difference doesn't work well for everyone's individual lip chemistry.
