This is not better than any other lip treatment or mask, especially for this price point. The texture is sticky. It sits on lips and does not seem to penetrate or soften. Disappointing.

love this lippie...keeps them moisturized. i prefer not using the tool. i never quite understood why companies think an applicator that is applied to the dirty mouth, accumulating said dirty stuff on mouth and then placing back into the product box would somehow be cleaner than the "dirty" finger tip. does not make sense to me at all. despite the lack of packaging logic, in my opinion, the actual lip balm is great!
