  • Helps prevent sunburn

  • If used as directed with other sun protection measures (see Directions), decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun.

  • When using this product keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove.

  • Stop use and ask a doctor if rash occurs.

  • Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
How to use

Apply approximately one teaspoon (about the amount needed to cover the length of your index and middle fingers) of sunscreen to the face and neck. Gently massage into skin in thin layers, allowing it to absorb before adding more (this will minimize white cast). Use 15 minutes prior to sun exposure and reapply every two hours.

    Huge disappointment

    Super thick formula and smells like crayons. I literally cannot use it as the smell is so bothersome to me.

    Have been so pleased with all other OneSkin products so this was a surprise.

    OS-01 FACE SPF 30 is fragrance-free, so no scent is ever added to the formula. What you're noticing is the natural scent of its ingredients, like shea, jojoba, green tea, and açai extracts, and because these are natural, the scent can vary slightly from batch to batch. We completely understand that even a subtle natural scent can be bothersome for some people.

    On the texture: our formula uses 17.5% non-nano zinc oxide for mineral protection, which gives it a richer feel than some sunscreens. Many customers find it easier to apply by massaging it in thin layers and letting each layer absorb before adding more.

    Good mineral sunscreen

    I like this sunscreen a lot but I have it 4 stars because it does leave a slightly whitish purple cast. It is easy to apply and I think the benefits outweigh the cast.

How much OS-01 BODY SPF should I use?

To get the full SPF protection listed on your sunscreen label, the amount you apply really does matter! The FDA determines sunscreen effectiveness based on using 2 milligrams per square centimeter of skin—and for the average adult, that translates to:

 

Most adults need about 1 ounce of sunscreen—roughly the amount to fill a shot glass—to fully cover skin not covered by clothing. Depending on your body size, you may need more sunscreen to protect your exposed skin from the sun’s harmful rays.

How long will each bottle of OS-01 BODY SPF last?

It depends on how much of your body is exposed to sun on a regular basis and how often you choose to reapply. On average, one full bottle should last approximately one to two months for daily use on sun exposed areas. If you're applying to your full body for time spent at the beach or pool, it will last a shorter period of time.

Can I apply OS-01 BODY SPF on my face instead of OS-01 FACE SPF 30?

OS-01 FACE SPF was specifically formulated to benefit the thinner skin on your face but both OS-01 BODY SPF and OS-01 FACE SPF are non-comedogenic and gentle on facial skin. If you’re looking for a water-resistant sunscreen for your face, you can try OS-01 BODY SPF. We always recommend patch testing just to be sure it works for you.
