Hi Margaret!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your honest feedback about the Rooted in Science Hat and for the 3 stars! We really appreciate you giving it a try, and we're glad to hear that you found the quality to be good.

We completely understand that slogans aren't everyone's style — personal preference is so important when it comes to what we choose to wear and feel comfortable in! We love that you know what resonates with you, and "nature first" does sound like it would be more aligned with your vibe.

Your feedback is really valuable to us as we think about future designs and messaging. It's helpful to know how different customers connect (or don't connect) with our branding, and we appreciate you being so straightforward about what works for you and what doesn't.

Even though this particular hat isn't quite hitting the mark for your personal style, we're grateful that you found the quality to be solid. Thank you for choosing OneSkin and for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback, Margaret!
