We completely understand your concerns about the texture feeling thick and sticky, as well as the scent not being quite right for you. Everyone's preferences are different, and we want your experience with our products to be as comfortable as possible.
On the texture: OS-01 BODY is formulated with our OS-01 peptide to work at the cellular level, which can sometimes feel different than traditional body moisturizers. A couple of things that might help with the application: using it on slightly damp skin can help it spread more easily and absorb better, and a little goes a long way — you might find using a smaller amount gives you the benefits without the sticky feeling.
We hear you on the scent as well — fragrance preferences are so personal, and we know our light, clean scent isn't going to be everyone's favorite.
Your feedback about both the texture and scent is incredibly valuable to us as we continue to refine our formulations and better understand what works best for different skin types and preferences.
