Eligibility
The OneSkin Survey Gift Card Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States (including D.C.) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of OneSkin Technologies, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or household members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 25, 2025 and ends on August 1, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Sponsor may extend the submission period at their discretion.

How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, complete the OneSkin Survey Gift Card Sweepstakes questionnaire in full, and submit your name and email address at the end of the survey. This constitutes one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Incomplete, late, or duplicate entries will be disqualified. Any attempt to enter more than once by using multiple identities, email addresses, or any automated method may result in disqualification.

Alternate Method of Entry
To enter the Sweepstakes without completing the survey, send a postcard or letter including your full name, email address, and mailing address with the subject line “OneSkin Survey Gift Card Sweepstakes” to:

All mailed entries must be postmarked by August 1, 2025 and received by August 11, 2025 to be eligible. Limit one (1) mailed entry per person.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) OneSkin gift card valued at $100 USD.
Total ARV of all prizes: $500 USD.
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted on or about August 12, 2025 by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the survey and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond within that time or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

For Canadian Residents Only
Before being confirmed as a winner, a selected entrant who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by email.

Release of Liability
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. All decisions by Sponsor are final.

Privacy
Personal data collected through the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.oneskin.co/pages/privacy-policy. Entries will not be used for any other purpose beyond prize drawing.

Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, all participants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively under the laws of the State of California; and (2) damages shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (postmarked no later than 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period) to:
