This Giveaway is sponsored by OneSkin and governed by the following Terms and Conditions. By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of OneSkin, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by OneSkin, located at 935 Indiana St, San Francisco, CA 94107.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on April 18, 2025 and ends on April 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Like the giveaway post

  • Follow the OneSkin Instagram account @oneskin.co

  • Tag a friend you’ve shared a great hair moment with (1 tag = 1 entry)
    (Ex: from experimenting with bangs to a last-minute salon run before an event, we wanna know!) 

  • Bonus: Share the post to your Story and tag us for 5 extra entries

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • A 3-month supply of OS-01 HAIR peptide scalp serum ($217)

In addition, the winner will also nominate one (1) friend they tagged in the giveaway comments to receive the same prize:

No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by OneSkin on or about April 21, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via Instagram DM within 5 business days. Upon confirmation, the winner must also provide the name and Instagram handle of the friend they tagged to receive the second prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 10 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Publicity

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants grant OneSkin permission to use their name, likeness, and comments for promotional purposes in any media without payment or additional consideration.

8. General Conditions

OneSkin reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined in its sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless OneSkin, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.
