Dryness can occur due to many reasons, including if you are using OneSkin products in addition to other products outside of ours. It can vary by individual but we are always here to help get to the bottom of it if we can! If you have not already tried to do so, we recommend one of the following:
- Sometimes during the harsher winter months, our skin can become drier than normal so you can try adding an additional moisturizer after OS-01 products to boost the amount of moisture your skin is receiving.
- Stop using other products outside of OneSkin to see if that helps clear up the issue.
