⁰¹ Why did we create OS-01 EYE?	The area around the eyes is some of the thinnest skin on our bodies–including an exceptionally thin dermal layer responsible for maintaining skin firmness and a similarly delicate stratum corneum that provides a barrier to the outside world. In fact, the stratum corneum around the eyes is on average just 3 layers thick, compared to 15+ layers on other areas of the face and body. This fact explains why skin around the eyes is more delicate, sensitive, and susceptible to sagging, wrinkles, and fine lines. We created OS-01 EYE to address the unique needs of this ultra-delicate skin. To improve skin texture and firmness around the eye, we used a higher concentration of our OS-01 peptide, which has been shown to increase epidermal thickness and reverse aging markers in ex vivo human skin models.⁰¹ To validate its efficacy on eye-area skin, we tested OS-01 EYE on ex vivo human skin models grown in the lab from eyelid donor cells, making OS-01 EYE the first eye product to be tested on eyelid skin cultures.
⁰² OS-01 EYE reduces the activity of cellular senescence & inflammation markers⁰¹	Our scientists exposed ex vivo eyelid skin to either nothing (No Treatment) or OS-01 EYE, then performed an expression analysis to evaluate the effect on markers associated with cellular senescence and inflammation, P16 and IL-8, respectively. The results are the average of testing in 3 different ex vivo eyelid skins from donors of 42y, 59y, and 84y. We found that topical application of OS-01 EYE decreased the activity of a key senescence marker (P16) and a key marker associated with inflammation (IL-8).⁰¹ With a higher concentration of the OS-01 peptide, OS-01 EYE is designed to decrease senescent burden around the eyes at the molecular level–thereby reducing visible signs of aging and soothing periocular skin.
⁰³ OS-01 EYE improves collagen biosynthesis & maintenance markers⁰¹	Our scientists exposed ex vivo eyelid skin to either nothing (No Treatment) or OS-01 EYE, then performed an expression analysis to evaluate the effect on markers associated with collagen production and degradation. The results are the average of testing in 3 different ex vivo eyelid skins from donors of 42y, 59y, and 84y. We found that topical application of OS-01 EYE increased the activity of a key marker associated with collagen production (COL1A1) and decreased the activity of a key marker associated with collagen degradation (MMP1).⁰¹ This means that OS-01 EYE, a peptide eye cream, supports skin’s firmness around the eyes by promoting collagen biosynthesis and retention at the molecular level.
⁰⁴ Results that go beyond the lab	We’re currently conducting a clinical study on OS-01 EYE and we can’t wait to share the results! In the meantime, here are some encouraging results from our beta testers, who self-reported based on their experience with OS-01 EYE. Is OS-01 EYE safe / clean?

Like all OneSkin products, OS-01 EYE is a clean, vegan and cruelty-free, and fragrance-free eye cream. Using our high standards for scientific rigor, we formulate the safest, most effective products possible.

The Environmental Working Group (EWG) rates skincare ingredients on a scale of 1-10, with a score of 1 being the safest. OS-01 EYE was calculated with an average score of 1.2 and a weighted average of 1.08 based on the EWG’s SkinDeep Cosmetics Database scoring guidelines. OS-O1 EYE was also tested for human sensitization (RIPT - a clinical study to assess skin irritation) and no adverse effects were found.

How should I integrate OS-01 EYE into my current skincare routine?

For optimal results, OS-01 EYE should be applied twice daily (AM and PM) and used in conjunction with PREP and OS-01 FACE.

For your evening routine, we recommend cleansing your face with OneSkin PREP, then gently tapping one pump of OS-01 EYE in a semi-circle around each eye. Follow with OS-01 FACE Topical Supplement.

For your morning routine, use PREP to cleanse or skip straight to applying OS-01 EYE. Follow with OS-01 FACE and your favorite SPF.

OS-01 EYE has not been shown to produce adverse reactions when used with other products and can be safely incorporated into your current routine.

EXCELLENT Eye Cream!

Loving this product! Works well...absorbs quickly and I can see a difference! One full pump is too much for even both eyes, for me, a bit less than a full pump is plently for both eyes all around. No irritation and I am almost thru my first bottle...will purchase again for sure.

Moisturizing while Absorbable

I have used my share of "eye creams" and serums, in my 69 years of life, but this is different. It really minimizes fine lines, firms and never migrates or stings. Makes a very good base for eye makeup as well. Love how the content bag is recyclable and environmentally responsible. I am definitely ready for your product to be released with spf soon to save layering with sunscreen.

My current favorite

I repurchased this a second time. I hadn’t found a good replacement for my skinceuticals AGE but this is a similar consistency and better value. I have very sensitive skin and am pretty picky. I can’t yet speak to under eye wrinkles because that’s not a huge concern for me yet. But I lost a lot of weight and have loose skin on my arms. Using One Body and seeing the results on my arms made me a believer. I don’t leave positive reviews often!
