CUSTOMERS WHO INSPIRE US
TANIA
I’m really into the whole science of longevity. And it’s not because I want to live forever, but because I don’t want to get trapped in a body that doesn’t function or has a lot of pain and inflammation.

02 How did you first hear about OneSkin?
“I have a friend who is a longevity scientist at UCSF and he is the one who turned me on to OneSkin about a year and a half ago when he posted on Facebook. I trust my friend so much because he’s a scientist and he's the one that has convinced me of the science behind OS-01.”

03 Tell us about how you care for your skin these days.
I use OneSkin every day. I never go without it. I use Retin-A on and off, probably 2x a month. I used to use the Vitamin Bs on my skin, but that fell off of my skincare routine when I started to use OneSkin. In fact, when I travel, I only take OneSkin with me. I have a bunch of skincare products in my cupboard but I kind of regret spending the money on them because I’m like do they really work?”

04 Tell us about your habits that contribute to your longevity and health.
“I think the biggest thing I’ve changed is my diet. I’ve gone mostly plant based raw food vegan. I’m not 100% raw... I do eat cooked things here and there, but overall going raw vegan has really made a huge visible difference. Over the last 5 years, my diet has been changing my tastebuds. Now I can eat dandelion leaves, mustard greens, and kale in a shake without any sugar at all and it actually tastes good! But there’s no way I could’ve done that 5 years ago.”“I also take NMN, NR, and NAD and I rotate them. Plus resveratrol and injections for NADH or NAD+. There’s a local clinic I do it at and when I do it, I notice a huge difference.”“I’m in a really comfortable place right now physically, and I remember after having my kids I was like I’m never going to get back to that, but I did!”

05 What sparked these healthy habits?
“All of this started when I did genetic testing at the University of Michigan and it came out that I had 2 genetic markers for Colorectal Cancer. One of them is for meat-induced colorectal cancer and the other is for regular colorectal cancer. It turns out there are several cancer preventions. I’m doing a water cleanse for 14 days to basically flush the system and help the body restart. Plus going vegan is cancer prevention.”

06 How do you stay up to date in the longevity field?
“I’ve become pretty obsessed with Dr. David Sinclair and Dr. Andrew Huberman and so if I’m not working, I’m listening to them obsessively. Or Rhonda Patrick - she’s the other one I obsessively listen to.”
